We accept payment by credit card or money transfer

We accept payment by credit card or money transfer. When you pay by credit card you will receive an order confirmation immediately with payment receipt. Within 48 hours, after processing your order you will be sent a second message with information regarding your shipment. Alternatively, when you pay by money transfer you will receive only a confirmation of submission of your order. As soon as our bank notifies us of your payment, we will send order confirmation and payment receipt. Subsequently, you will be sent a third message with information regarding your shipment.
Your invoice will be sent to you with your goods.

It may take from 3 to a maximum of 5 working days for us to receive payment by money transfer. As soon as we have received confirmation from our bank, we will start processing your order. We will be forced to cancel an order if the payment is not made within 5 working days. In the very unlikely event we cannot fulfill your order (for any unforseen reasons due to system malfunctions), you will be contacted asap and payment will be refunded to you promptly.

All prices shown are in Euros. If you are placing an order outside the Eurozone, please transfer the invoice amount in EURO. Sorry but we are unable to accept payments in other currencies at present.
